At ATM Machines:

– Insert your ATM card and enter your PIN
– Select the NETS Cash Card Top-up option
– Remove your ATM card
– Insert your Cash Card
– Select the Top-up amount

At Convenience Stores:

– Hand over your Cash Card to the cashier

At NETS Top-Up Machines & Self Service Stations:

– Insert CashCard into the card reader; or
– Tap Contactless CashCard against the card reader; and
– Complete steps displayed on the instruction guide

There is no way to check the Cash Card balance and transaction history online.

But a Contactless CashCard App will be coming soon to allow it.
